The best classes for Squad Rush are Assault and Medic. There are no vehicles so the engineer is a guy with a little gun and not much else usefull. The recon class does not provide much help....you know where they are going to be.

For any engagements outside of Squad Rush the best class discussion becomes difficult. For our matches the best class is the class the other team does not have. For example if we are 4v4 and the opposing team has no recon, then recon becomes a very powerful class to have on my side.
