I was playing in your server 10 minutes ago, when I got disconnected with a message saying something like "You have been banned by an admin. Reason: using aimbot".

I think it was an unfair decision and I hope someone can look into this, or at least explain to me why I was banned. I really enjoy your server and I would hate not being able to play in it anymore because of a hasty call.

You sure it was by an admin and not punkbuster?

I will take a look at the logs.

I did not find anything in the logs, cleared the banlist.

I still get kicked.:'(

This is the message I get:
"You have been kicked from the game. The reason is: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'B0n0b0' ... Prior Kick/Ban."
(Not the same as the first one I got)

I checked punkbuster's ban list and I'm not in it.
When I look for my GUID it says "A match was found for your search query.
Public access can not view clean players."

Apparently I'm clean for PB.

Just looked again, the ban list (PB and local) are both clear.

Sorry, not sure what other knobs to turn to get you back on the server.

Went through the ISP web interface and cleared you and Trexxor and Resistin from the server ban list.

Don't know why you were added, it was done by PB. The standard interface we use to admin does not add people to this list.

You should be able to play now.
