Start a new post and use this format:

Must post 100% Proof of the Scam (Enough pictures so that It's valid)
No proof is No Action (No Video/No Picture) - Words do not count
If you are not the accused, the reporter, or adding additional proof to the case/thread, do not reply. No more "conclusive / inconclusive" unless you are a member of the OLG Administration
Faking screenshots, editing or manipulating them in any way will result in a permanent IP BAN in-game and on the forums.
