We are a Medal of Honor Allied Assault (MOHAA) clan, but enjoy playing many online games together.
Leaders of the =OSS= Clan are mature gamers comprised mostly of working adults with families. We enjoy playing many online games together with our friends and make every effort to apply our values in any game we play..
The =OSS= Server and web site are our communities and they are all about fun. We are proud of our clan and do not tolerate abuse of one player by another. We believe in sportsmanship and fair play. As such, we have the occasion to have our children play online with us. Consequently, we do not allow the following on our servers and are reasons for kicking players:
Cussing/Cursing – Plain and simple…This means if you don’t feel comfortable saying this word to your

grandmother in a crowded room of strangers, don’t use it on our server.
Hacking/Cheating - Any one caught will be banned! No exceptions! This is simple enough to understand.
Taunting – Use of in game taunts are allowed but putting other players down and making derogatory remarks about other players is never tolerated.
Spamming – Please keep spamming to a minamal.As such, we rely on our members and visitors to use the chat and binds features responsibly. Abuse this feature and you’ll find yourself on our banned list.
The following are reasons to KICK someone from our Server:
Overuse of offensive language.
Repeated use of voice and text messages to the extreme of disrupting communications.
Verbal Player abuse or malicious name-calling.
Team Killing or Interference that does not allow a team member to aid the team.
Any other behavior that is disruptive to fun game play - discretion of the admin.
The offending player will be warned 1 time by the Admin and asked to stop whichever of the above offenses they are doing. After the first warning if the offense is repeated, or the offender responds with belligerence or insults, the offending player may be KICKED immediately. In the case where the offender is severely disrupting play, the Admin will note the players IP for the record.
Admins may and can BAN Players. Although this is reserved for Generals/MP Only.
CHEATING
Guest Requirements:
Any player suspected of cheating on our server will be immediately asked to take a screenshot and submit to the server Admin.We may at any given time take a screenshot or ask to take a screenshot, simply press F12. As a general rule, to verify honest game play, players will be asked to submit two (all) screenshots. If a screenshot is requested, the player will be asked to face a wall, hold down the tab key and then press F12. They will then be asked to face the playing field, hold down the tab key and then press F12. The Admin will then do the same at the exact same time. This will allow the server admin to compare the two to make sure they have the same stats and haven't been altered.

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\main\screenshots
Players have twenty-four (24) hours following the request to submit the screenshots or be banned from the =OSS= server.
Clan Requirements:
At random times, designated by an administrator of the server, the entire clan will be asked to submit a screenshot to the administrator's email address.
If for any reason a clan member DOES NOT submit the screenshot within the time designated by the administrator there will be a penalty, with the exception of failure to receive screenshot by reasons you can not control (ie:email service down, etc). The first penalty for someone who does not submit is 3 day suspension from the server and website. A second failure to submit will result in the immediate removal from the clan and a permanent ban from the server and forums.
ALLIED COMMAND
The Allied Command is the disciplinary and recruiting body of the =OSS= consisting of all ranking Officers and Generals. As a ranking Officer and member of the Command, it is a member's duty to be impartial and fair in all respects to the issues brought before it. Command members shall hold the Rules & By-Laws of the Clan above personal friendships and/or issues. Command members should ask to be excused prior to any hearing that may present the impression of a conflict of interest on their part.
The Decisions handed down by the Command regarding disciplinary actions will be final and can not be appealed. All issues brought to the Command will remain confidential between Command members and any involved clan members. An Officer can only be removed from the Allied Command by a 3/4 majority vote of their fellow Officers.
MEMBER BYLAWS AND RULES
Conduct:
All members of this clan will conduct themselves responsibly and in a manner that does not diminish others view of this Clan or its members. All members will display the tag as =OSS= while playing and wishing to be recognized as a =OSS= member. All members of this clan will be held accountable for their behavior while displaying our tag before their screen names.
All =OSS= members will:
Respect the Chain of Command.
Do their best for their team.
Respect their fellow members and help those who are new to the game.
NEVER kick other =OSS= members, even in fun.
Avoid public arguments and submit grievances to the Allied Command.
Exhibit standard Courtesy during Matches
Always join the underdog team and try to set a good example.
NEVER intentionally Team kill.
Never underestimate their enemies or their teammates.
Not boast about their achievements in battle. Showing vanity will only cause conflicts with teammates and opponents.
NEVER insult others, especially if provoked. Taking part in name calling will always end up in bad terms. Our best ally when provoked is silence.
Members Responsibilities
All members are required to check the web site for any Ranking change and information.
All members are required to check =OSS= Forum on a regular basis.
Report violations of these rules by clan members to any Clan General so that they may be investigated.
Welcome visitors to our servers and ask those who do not follow our rules to do so.
Be an example of the true =OSS= spirit in your actions and deeds.
Share your skills through training of less experienced or skilled members of our Clan
Any deviation from these Clan Rules & By-Laws, without a confirmed and valid reason will be grounds for immediate removal from =OSS= through due process via the Allied Command.
