I am turok(pierre) from south Africa and I think you or someone off your admin reported my ip address to punkbuster that I am hacking or something

I don't play on oversee servers and I don't hack the ip address that logged in your account is not even my ip address

we think somebody tried to hack my account in England and played on your server or something

I didn't mean to make problems for you is there anyway you can speak to punkbuster to unban me or take the ban back

I can promise you I didn't hack on your server I don't even know how to

Is there a way you can help me
