This is a suggestion that might be considered since it might improve the server "play"...

Usually all servers has a special rate that is seeded. having this rate less the lagg also increase speed of gaming. It would be a good idea to announce about this rates to the server players if they want a less laggy environment and a better play.

Another suggestion :

Add more small maps with DE... Bomb and defuse in other word
