Need to know what server you were banned on... what name you used at the time of the ban... Were they any RG members in the game when the ban occurred... What day did the ban occur

I recently became a member of this clan. However I have no idea what that means exactly :p Does it mean no more bans?

Clan membership does not mean no more bans. Our servers run an anti-cheat software that sometimes gets it wrong and bans when it should not.
