is paypal the only method? one of my friends got scammed recently. google is full of horror stories about it.. especially for services like web hosting etc. not helping i know

anyway, i am not sure if i can contribute despite money being not the issue here. thing is paypal ran into major problems with my country's banks and last i heard, paypal had suspended all transactions here.
