Aight, so, I can run the game from a file called launcher.exe (which was there when I extracted). But I can't get the console open without making a shortcut with -console param so then I can't connect, what to do?

To solve name's bug with stryder's:

Name_Enabler_L4D2_0.1.rar

Just set name in
\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\autoexec.cfg
and
\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\config.cfg

name <your_name>
