- Removed plugin [L4D(2)] Take Over Bot, race condition bug which can cause 5 survivors team in 2nd round with duplicate bot. - Re-enabled with additional debug info, so that bug may happen again. - Updated plugin with fix and monitor to detect if issue is really solved.
