I'm thinking of making an IRC channel for the server. I really miss the old times on the l4d1 server and was hoping an IRC channel could help to bring the good old players together. I've been doing some research (nagging) on the server and quite many have used it before.

Any thoughts?

Thats a nice idea. I suggest quakenet, they also have good webchat support ( like this ), which i think is the most important feature for this to work.

Okay, me and emp are now idling #digitaleden on quakenet (we need more idlers for a channelbot).

Btw, what would you think about a scavange server?

a brand new server or you will remodel coop or versus?

I believe the command is /server, not /connect
