Test Part 2:

Rule Number 1:

Do it on tournament mode, every1 picks up his favorite weapon.


Rule Number 2:

Minimum SF guys: 3

Maximum SF guys: 4


Reason: If u test some1, he cant handle 4 guys especially not in Urban Assault.


Rule Number 3:

It will be good if we change maps for the test,.

5 Rounds each map,.
Example:
5 Rounds Bridge
5 Rounds Urban Assault
5 Rounds IC
5 Rounds WC

The maps are Maffio's choose and he will decide alone.


Rule Number 4:

No nades throwing for SF team.
Since we are 3-4 guys vs. 1 guy, we are not allowed to flash, smoke, nade or whatever.
And of course the aspirant (again whatever u call it) can use nades smoke flash and etc.

Reason: again, u are 3-4 and he's only 1.

Rule Number 5:

The aspirant is allowed to camp, we are not allowed to camp.

Reason: We are 3-4 and he's only 1.


Rule Number 6:

If it's 3 SF guys, the aspirant has to win 5 rounds out of 20.

If it's 4 SF guys, the aspirant has to win 5 rounds out of 25.

If there will be 5 SF guys(which isn't fair) the aspirant wont win not even if u give him 100 rounds(and plz don't be heroes and say I can I can, cuz I don't care).

Rule Number 7:

No joining/leaving in the middle of the test.
If u guys know that u have to leave after 20 mins, then don't start the test, just leave, it will be much better for every1.

If u see that they are in the middle of the test, go and check if they need a reserve SF player, if they say no, u just leave.

If u join in middle of round it makes it harder for the guy, and sometimes for our own team,.

If u leave in the middle of the round it is horrible cuz if there are only 3 guys and u leave, they will stay only 2, then they will have to stop everything.

Rule Number 8:

There cant be more than 5 guys, since its unfair, don't forget Urban is a very little map and its very hard,.
Even if its on other map, it will be very hard and we don't wanna deny every1 who comes, I personally think that even Terror wont win our top 5 players in Urban all alone, so plz, 3 guys will be perfect and again, Maffio u have to think about the aspirant, u cant just put for an example: Beep Maffio and As8MaN together vs. 1 guy since it will not be that fair and again, u should put quality guys, but not the top players together,.
for an example how to build a team:

for 3 guys, u need 2 top player and 1 avenger player.

for 4 guys u need 1 top player and 3 avenger players.

and most of the time it has nothing to do with skills cuz as I said before, if 2 guys are coming vs. u, no matter if they have skills or not, its very difficult to kill them, so it doesn't matter if 2 top players or 2 noob players will come vs. u, u will anyways lose, cuz u focus on 1 and then the other 1 kills u.

Rule Number 9:
The aspirant can decide if he wanna do both tests once or twice.
If he think that he had a bad day today, then he can go to maffio and tell him," wait, I want another test", maffio will date up on another day and we will pick up the best results and judge it,.
If he sucked them both, he is denied no doubts, but we cant deny some1 only on his first chance.
This is only to make sure that the guy is good or bad.


Ok this is all for now.

The tests are not going to be easy but abit easier and more organized than now (if u take my suggestions).

the tests right now are very very hard for most of the ppl in this clan and most of the ppl in AA 2.5 I think.

We can't just say "Ok we will bring our 5 top players vs. 1 aspirant only to show that we pwn" and then we deny them 1 by 1, even the more quality guys such as Gotamo, who had a very bad day today.
We have to try and help him, and also help our clan getting better.

nice.. discuss this with Maffio as he is the recruiting officer, Gotame did not win in a 1 vs 1, he wasnt really making a 1 vs 4 or 1 vs 5, i let him kill me in every round, and even suicided in one round, we gave him more than 20 rounds, we were pretty flexible with him and last 2 rounds where he had to make only one round was ment to be 1 vs 1, i killed myself as8man did not play and was devin vs him for the last 3 rounds... as far as i am concern we need players on a good level, and i am considering myself being votekiced as my skills are not good enough for S.F..

voodoo, clan is first of all a family, only after that, the skills take part, u maybe havent get it yet, but u must to know that.
it personally annoys me when u always say that,.
ur the heart of SF and ur the boss, u cant just leave, and no1 will votekick u out, and if some1 will try, then i will kick his fat as8 out of the field.
and u have ur skills, ur just too busy admining and all this.
we are the family, and ur the dad and no1 will votekick u so plz stop saying that,.

about gotamo, i didnt want to give names but that was the best example.
he had a bad day, i know gota, that's why i said in rule number 9, the guy can date on an other day if he feels he havent done his best.

we have given him appeal oportunity but he will need to face 1 vs 1 vs Beep.. and win the tournament, i think is fair..

i think its not fair cuz beep doesnt mean anything here,.
we are the team, it cant be (in my opinion) that 1 person will test the guy only cuz hes abit better than us all,.
that's exacly why i said that there will be 2 same tests (part 1 and 2) on 2 other days for an example- friday night part 1 and 2, and if the guy faild and he feels he can really make it and he had a bad day, we can make a vote if to let him other day for it and we will date for an example on sunday so he will do again part 1 and 2 on sunday.
