Well I'm a Person that Really doesn't Pay attention to MOTD's and My MOTD don't show Since I disabled it...But Since I know about it.. I will type MOTD in your Server (if) I get in.

would be nice, to get the same like in L4D1:
if u join the server, u have to accept the rules or u get kicked.
so if someone gets banned (in case of doing something wrong), after he/she had accepted the rules, there would be no more discussion. because he/she had accepted the rules, but didn't respect them => ban (permaban ?).
