The first ban was for deleting the sides of the elevator, then lying about not doing it. That got you 3 months, but Tbagn let you back in after a day.

Second ban was for the exact same thing from what I was told.

What didn't you understand after the first ban? Don't Delete Anything You Didn't Spawn! Foul language isn't the issue here and you know it.

Do you have any idea how annoying it is coming onto steam to play a game, and getting sidetracked because someone crashed a server? Cause I do. You had 3 chances to stop, and here we are. I'm amazed you didn't go back to Tbagn with this. Now every admin in SGC knows about you. I doubt they'll be half as nice as Tbagn was.

I stopped teaching how to build because of people like you. I say leave the ban for at least a week. But after everyone reads this I doubt you'll ever get back in the servers.

Google TDRuxpin left 4 dead servers, I'm sure they would love to have another person like you there.

FYI, it was TBagn that issued the permaban. He needs to be in on this before final decision is made. I understand that there were several admins involved at different stages, so they all should weigh in.

He is not just to take it up with TBagn, this is where the appeals process is supposed to take place. That is why the message when he tries to re-enter the server after being banned directs him here and not to the server owner. When someone screws up in a server that is tied to the group, the group admins are owed the opportunity to at least know of the ban and have the option that if the server owner or admin that is directly involved in the ban wants to have mercy and shorten or lift the ban, they can have the option to set a local ban on their own server. This way, they can ban someone that they feel did something so grievous that they can keep them out of their own server. That is one reason that the ban is to be submitted here.

well it all started on magoos server. we playd togehter and do as we usally do when magoo and i play together, we spawn tanks and smokers and other special infected. we only doing that for fun of corse. and some ppl like it, other dont. so lt dan join and we countinue to do what we did. and that was on the firs level on parish. so we playd a long time and spawn a lot of tanks and other things before we moved on to next level. and on the second level lt dan tryd to votekick magoo (at least i think it was on the second)he spawn fences in our path so i had to delete them in order to move on, and he also said a bad word that im not going to write here. adn he also deleted the saferoom door. well, that is enough to ban someone, but i knew that dan was a friend of tbangs and i spoke to tbagn when all this happend. and after a while magoo had to leave. so we playd all the other levels. and when we came to the final he starts to build fences and stuff near the heli. im not sure what happend first, if he died or deleted the heli or if he deleted the heli and then died. and since the heli was gone i had to kill the rest of us in order to finish the map. so we did the final again and when we was almost done the server crash. i hope maybe magoo have something to say that i dont remeber or forgot.

Guys this is the same guy I sent message to most of you about as you were online when it happened. I believe I contacted Og, Venom, and Loki when it happened and talked to Geek about it later that night.

I have played with Lt. Dan before. He was always rather annoying but I put up with it as he was a kid. He like many others has went online and learned how to build and delete. For some reason when people learn this most of them say "Oh now I can delete anything". He first deleted the helicopter on the Parish when I was on the server with him. I gave him a warning.
It was about a week and he did the same thing to Beaver and I was either on the phone with Beaver or in chat. I told Beaver to ban for 90 days. I was then contacted by Lt. Dan and he apologized and swore up and down he would never delete anything again.

When this last incident happened I happened to be on trying to fix the guns that Valve so graciously messed up with their last update. I was contacted by Capt. Eagle in chat and told what had happened. I told Capt. Eagle to lay it to him and perma ban him. Before it could be done the server crashed.

As I was already in HLSW and trying to add software it was no problem to restart the server and what do you know LT. Dan jumps right back in. I perma banned him. For some reason it only lasted a day and he jumps in the server with me the next day. He came in under a different name and when I saw who he was I put the perma ban back on him in the admin console.

My vote to let him back is a no as I have given him more chances than he deserved, but I cut him some slack as I knew he was a teenager and having 2 of them living in my house I know how they are.

the only thing as i can see and i didnt lnow about is that he had done it before. well, usally ppl say that the delete key is to close to something. and i just want to say, its not hard to bind it to another key so you dont have the problem. when i now know that he has done that before i know that ppl that are younger than he and behave in a better way i vote no. reason. since tbagn has warnd him before and he stil doing the same i cant see any reason why he should be able to play on our servers and keep doing the same things
