My clan mates and I always play on your servers. This morning I was playing on one of your servers by myself when 3 other players came in. One of the players was dogbreath. When I and my friends play on your servers we always spam pipe bombs which make some players mad. We have taught other players how to set up their jetpacks and help them out when we can.

This morning someone started griping about me spamming pipe bombs. I just thought it was someone that did not like to play like that. The next thing I know is I was in the middle of about 6 tanks. How I got there I had no idea. Two of the other players were down also; the only player that was still up was dogbreath. I used the jetpack to fly up to him since he was on top of a building. He would revive me them I would find myself surrounded by tank again. I did not know what was going on. I started to think this guy knew the codes to spawn tanks. He was really messing up the game for me and the two others. I went to start a kick vote when I found out he was immune, meaning an admin. I did not know this.

My wife got home from a trip right after this so I left the server to be with her. About 1:00 PM EST I went to go play a few rounds with one of the guys from my clan. I could not get into any of your servers. I found that I had been banned. If you check my in-game profile you will see that I am a senior server admin for LegionAtWar. We have 17 servers that we have to watch all the time so I know how asshats can ruin a game for people. We play on your server for a break from admining our servers. I did not mean any harm; we just play differently than others do. I am not a kid that comes in to mess up a game for players. I am a 47 year old disabled veteran thanks to Iraq. What I am wondering is there some way to get un-banned from your servers?

I looked at your ban and it is only for a day. The reason is we don't allow spamming of any throwables on our servers. We know with unlimited ammo that some people do get carried away. So in the future please don't spam the throwables. There are some measures that we have taken with the Mollies and Bile Jars to limit them with each map, but the pipe bombs are different. We do appreciate the fact that you and your friends like playing on our servers, but if one person starts spamming then everyone will start doing it. So just remember please don't spam.


P.S. We do gratefully Thank You for your service in our countries armed forces. I am the son of a Marine and do understand what it means to all of us. Once again Thank You.

I asked 3 times to stop spamming; his reply was "lol". THEN I spawned the tanks (check the logs)

Our server rules are not a joke. he then proceeded to throw several more pipes, as a last act of defiance, and leave the server.

I have been trying to practice tolerance of players who ignore requests to "follow the Server Rules" so I only gave him a day to think about it. Panda is aware of this incident and supported my decision.

Please show respect for the rules on our servers like you would hope others would on yours.
