Recently ive been banned from the zooterland server on L4D2 server. I have no idea why. I use a mod called barricade builder wich lets me spawn models, someone may have thought i was hacking maybe? Also theres a command you can type sm_+jetpack (binded to a key) that lets you use a jetpack, maybe someone thought i was hacking. This is not hacking its simply a harmless mod i never abused. If this mod isnt allowed on the server, i understand, you may keep me banned.

Here is basically what the ban says:
"I don't like his name, firstly, as it is disrespectful. Also, he told another player he could ban him - impersonating an admin. He did spawn a lot of props, including about 20 vehicles. He was asked a couple times to read the MOTD, then he deleted the vehicles, but then the safe room door ended up deleted, which wasn't near the vehicles, but many fences were spawned there by him and one other player. It was also reported by another player we all know that this guy was with another player friendly firing our friend and deleting his fences causing him to die from attacks."

Yeah, some of that is true. I did spawn trucks, then deleted them. At that time i didnt have a fence prop and i was a begginer at the whole Barricade thing. But now i make my own scripts and im a admin on other servers. He must of mis understood thinking i meant on that server. I was with a friend who had taught me the Mod, he might have been the one who was deleted the props.
This was all a misunderstanding and i hope i will get un banned.

OK. One thing that you have to keep in mind is that when you are in a server that you are not an admin in and you want to assert some kind of authority over them to stop doing something, go to a certain area, or anything else, you don't say "I can ban you." Because you did NOT say "I can ban you off my server(s)" or anything like that. You said "I can ban you" with no qualifiers which means you were implying that you are an admin on the server that you are in and you are threatening the player you are speaking to that you are going to take action right then. That is impersonating an admin. There is no misunderstanding here. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

If you accept that you said the wrong thing in the server and will pay better attention to your wording, there is only one left thing standing in the way of being unbanned. Your name. One of the tenants of acceptable conduct in our servers is based on respect. The MOTD (message of the day) for our servers states 5 times to respect the admins and other players. There are reasons for this on many different levels. Your name exudes disrespect. If you permanently change your name and it stays out of what our admins consider to be disrespectful, we will lift the ban. However, if you like your alias and won't change it or change it long enough to be unbanned and change it back, you will stay banned or go back on the ban list. As it states in our MOTD: Our servers, Our rules.

I Understand completly. I don't remember what I said, but i'm sorry if i did say that. The thing about changing my name is that i'm known for it and I see no reason how it's disrespectful. Yeah sure theres some things wrong about it, but the thing is, what if i don't mean the sack of god? Maybe a peanut that hes eating in his left hand o.0? Ever thought of that? Yeah sure i wanted it to be funny but if you look at my name like that, MAJOR difference. My name is not disrespectful, it is not hurting anyone, no one has EVER complained about it. I really hope your not one of those people who take one persons word for it, maybe you should ask other people? Make a poll? If one person thinks its disrespectful, (pardon my language) Good for fucking them. Loads of people found my name funny and amusing, not once have i EVER had a comment about having a disrespectful name. Ask anyone, they"ll just say it's funny. If you think this isnt enough, tell me why it's disrespectful, please i would like to know. I see nothing wrong about my name unless you take it too far.

Don't try to insult my intelligence. I may have been born at night, just not last night. There is NO confusing your name's meaning. Just the fact that you are trying to scam on the meaning of your name, you prove that you don't have respect for myself or the other admins. "Loads of people found my name funny and amusing" proves my point. "maybe you should ask other people? Make a poll?" Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is not a community run server. We pay for the servers, and if you read our servers MOTD you would know "Our servers, Our rules."

Disrespect doesn't necessarily have to do with "hurting anyone", it has more to do with honoring their wishes and feelings among other things with a certain amount of humility, which it appears that you purposefully lack.

And you say "no one has EVER complained about it" and "not once have I EVER had a comment about having a disrespectful name", that was only valid before this incident. Now you can say that at least one person has openly complained about it. And yes, there are people that I have played with and talked to enough that just their word is good enough for me. That is something called trust, you MAY get to learn about that if you mature someday.

Since you have shown that you prefer to challenge the authority of those that run our servers, your ban has now changed. You are not welcome in the servers in our group.

Wow are you serious, I was already banned, i was never aloud on, holy fuck your.. nevermind, My bann has changed? Changed to what? I was never "unbanned" genius.... Last comment, SUCK IT! Good for the person who thinks its disrespectful, maybe he should go... nevermind. Bye, got my own set of modded servers now, wich im admin for so doesnt really matter.

Um, yeah. Firstly, your disrespectful attitude and language are par for your course. Yeah, your life course... crash and burn. Oh, and since your deductive reasoning skills are as immature as the other traits you have shown... Your 3 month ban was changed to permanent, Einstein. Enjoy your self-centered, holier-than-thou life and server(s).

Gotcha babe. Im sure if i new I had only a 3 month bann I wouldnt have said that xD, personnally I thought at first I had a perm bann so I just thought "well nothing else can happen to me now" so yeah . Oh well, nothing I can do now, thank you for your help

I also operate 5 other servers and your SteamID is permabanned.
