I was banned as referred above. When I started
playing with Rowdy and the other top 10 players, I was ranked NO.79
and yesterday, the ban day, I was randed No. 24...the last points I remember seeing posted during the game of the ban was 3.33 million for killing a number of tanks, all of a sudden, the scene
was changing mulitiple colors. Talk about a drag, what was going on and who was doing this annoying disturbance. All I was doing was in battle with a few tanks. Kindly elborate.

Prior to this, 4 players, including myself, were starting the dead center game and I remember Beaver and 2 other top 10 players, were in the !goods
process when I quickly killed a spitter before anyone knew what transpired. Then all of a sudden Mr. Beaver kicked me out of the game. Is this a Monoply by the top 10 buddy players to dominate the
game server and eliminate the little newbie who is fastly escalating the ranks in an endeaver to reach the top?

I belive so, and it is my right to know exactly who is the thorn in my side and explain
the rational behind this, and I quote (in all due respect) "acting on an impulse ban".

Thinking in a logical, reasonable way,and being a fellow member of the legal community in my state, a warning should proceed; prior to any violation on your site. This warrents stated/written justification via prior communication bu in order to justify the facts of any possibe ban.

To ban a person who is not aware of your rules is not forth coming and to the extent that said offender is not allowed to rectify his problem is like a judge telling the administrator involed in this ban, "you are quilty even though the arresting officer of the law, did not read you your rights. A crime without the prior proof does not render due process of the law. The poor devil is not innocent until proven quilty of your (unknow) infraction that transpired.

As a reference, you can check with Rowdy, he can tell you what kind of player I am or to my other friend FalconBrazil (sorry about your Country's loss in the pursuit of the World Cup). Kindly seek resolution in this matter.

First lets set the record straight. No one really cares about the standings. They are just arbitrary. But even stating you were 24 in a ban protest shows you are not as intelligent as a fence post.
Also when you come into a server there is a screen at the front. This is called the MOTD when you click ok and proceed then you agree to the rules.

Being a member of the legal you community you know that ignorance is no excuse. If you were actually stupid enough to click ok without reading it then that is your own fault.

The reason I came into the game was because I was IMed that you were there and there had been several people contact me about your griefing (incase that term is beyond your grasp I will put it in laymans' terms for you---pissing and moaning).

Second I am the one that gave you a one day ban, and also I told yo u I was going to do it. Waltwood2003 was also in game at the time. You had been asked several times to get in the safe room as we were ready to move on. Rules stated in the MOTD include team playing. When a majority of the team is ready to move on you move on.

Third you were griefing the whole time you were in the server. Also against the rules.

Fourth when I told you that I am the one that slayed you to end the round you cussed me. Also against the rules.

Fifth let us go back to the when I came in game and was next to Waltwood2003. How did I end up getting teleported.... I know was the only admin in the game it was not me.

Sixth when I tried to get you to come in to the saferoom and you politely ignored us I tried to teleport you to us. But for some reason I got the same message that Rowdy got when he had tried the day before and you did not teleport.

So in closing let me put it plain and simple. I know that your legal community mind is overburdened from dealing with all of the issues in the court room. Oh and by the way if you are an attorney the proper term is "officer of the court". If you are a doughnute eating bullet head then please just tell it like it is.

There are other issues that took place but I do not feel like wasting the bandwidth to get into it.


I pay the fees to run my server. And I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Especially when you do not pay to play on it.


Consider this due and timely notice: Keep off my server or I will not give you a one day vacation, I will do you like I will do your team killing friend Falcon Brazil. I didn't kick you last night. The other 2 players in the server did. Matter of fact after you were kicked I asked you if you wanted to take my spot. I felt bad for you. You got the boot cause the other players wanted to invite their buddy. So rather then respond to me, you signed off.

Then I get a message from OGkiller about you spawning 30 tanks on a server owner in his own server. I met you a week ago and you asked me about the mod. It's funny how a new guy that knows nothing about the mod now has admin access.

So you hacked into the server, got caught, and now you're complaining about abusive admins? You're a genius.

i played with u "V" a few times and i thought u are a good player, but if u are hacking to get admin rights, then u should be banned for ever. (my opinion)

wow, so you think just because you we're climbing up the stats that's why you got kicked and banned? Hahaha that is rich. You must be really full of yourself, take a look at my standing and then my stats and there are a few others that aren't in the top 10 due to a voluntary point reduction for exactly this reason. People crying about points and standings. Your actions are what got you into trouble not your standings. I got banned because I'm too good, hahah, like I said that's rich. I will tell you this, if you don't get banned from the servers, if I catch you doing something you shouldn't be doing, you will be gone.

lol, then i should have been banned long time ago. but i agree with panda. and evryone i see hacking a server are and wil be perma banned. no question askd. nobody wil ever repectd a player that hack a server because he want to be a admin. it doesnt work that way. we chose ppl that we think we can trust and take it from there. when it comes to points. well at this moment i am the one that have kild most zombies on sgc. but because i have been stupid im not in the top 10. and if you use hacks to get higher up you wil be perma banned. and if it was me that had banned you, you whould a get gone forever and in cases like that i never change my mind. and that is not because you are you. i whould have done that to evryone that use hacks. so if you ever want to play on our servers again i think you should leave the hacks or take it somewere else.

Listen here you bag of skin that sucks to much of your own hot air, most of my points came well beyond me becoming an admin on these severs and I take offense to your babbling. That being said I've got nothing to prove to such a genius as yourself, as you stated your the best player here, but unless I'm looking at the wrong profile you have a whopping 78 completed campaigns compared to my 564. Do the math your implications don't add up. Crawl back into your hole, get your own server and run it however you want. As far as you talking the romantic French dialect take a hike.
