the servers are modded with plugins (sourcemod / metamod) and cvars.
there is no single file / "copy" u can download.

if u havent heard of sourcemod or cvars ( or "developer console"), it will be a lot of work, for u to make a server like the SGC servers.

Some of the plugins would be easy to determine, but we are discussing what settings and whether and customized plugins are going to be released or documented as well.
