Does anyone have any thoughts on how we can create a ranking system for players in the clan?

It's not too important. I couldn't care less about my rank, but it's probably most fair based on who wants the control over the server stuff, and who also plays the most. If someone only plays once a month, maybe they shouldn't have a higher rank, but if someone has interest in being a referee of games, and they play a lot, they should have the higher rank.

i agree with Jeremy. But honestly when i was in different clans the only thing the ranks did was for when you have a scrimmage against another clan. The higher ranked guys would set everything up and what not. But if we want ranks then go for it based on skill, play time, and want.

I know this discussion hasn't been discussed for a while but hear me out.

In World of Warcraft we had class leaders... What this meant is that me (as a mage) was in charge of the other 4 mages that went to raids with us, which would be the equivalant to a scrimmage. Therefore instead of our leader having to tell each person what to do he would just tell all the class leaders and then we would tell the people under us. Also this meant that we had control over a few things. But what i am trying to say is that we should have an "engineer" leader and a "medic" leader and so on and so forth. So that instead of haveing the clan leader tell everyone what to do it can be more personal and more effective... also to help this would be getting Ventrilo... now if you guys are getting that serious about this clan and wanting to Scrimmage other clans i think Vent would be a good idea because we would need to communicate.

I'm not interested in having any "power" in the clan. I just want to show up and tear it up (or not). But, I don't want to look like the biggest scrub just because I have a small rank.
