- Make a topic in which everybody can vote for like 8 people to enter the Elites

- Count which 8 members have the most votes.

- They are Elites

- Every months you hold competitions to see who can enter the Elites of the normal S*S.

I propose 10 people to become Elite. And I think pato's idea is great. We have to make a championship to determine the Elites that will be added next.

The Elite could be (not official):

[S*S]-Vorkar(FR)
[S*S]-4lex(CA)
[S*S]-DeathShadow(US)
[S*S]-Sever(BR)
[S*S]-TJ(US)
[S*S]-nbnm,(AR)
[S*S]-ELECTRO(LT)
[S*S]-ericf(EC)
[S*S]-Colombiano(CO)

And we must make the Application System, because for example 10 people here can be first in the Championship but we must consider ranking, score/min, ratio, etc, etc.
