The first thing I want to tell you is that we have to create a Council, in order to make decisions and do things for the clan. I dont want to decide the things alone because we are a team, and a team should do things for all the members and those things should be done with responsibility and by people who really want to do that. At the same time, we cant ask all the 75 members one by one what they want to do. But what we really can do, is to have a group to decide and guide the team to a new high level.

Second, The team was initially created with the idea to accept all players, and to become friends, and to learn together, etc, etc. That is an idea that we should keep, but we really need to be a competitive clan. I mean, we need an army for the clan wars and we need respect from the other teams. So, basically what Im going to propose is to form an Elite Division of the Clan:
[S*S] = Secret*Society will still be the cool group who accepts all and works as a training school for players, and as a friendship team.
[sSs] = Super*Secret*Society will be created by us, by you, the Elite Group, to have the opportunity to be competitive and guide the clan wisely.
The fact is, I am proposing you to create a Division of the Clan (If you want, understand it as a new clan, but basically it is the Elite Part of Secret*Society), so we can still be friends between all, we can still teach the noobs how to play, we can still be friends with the new and old players. But now we will have the chance to be powerful. And I am telling you this because I want you to be an integrated part of this. Some times, humans need to feel that they are part of something, that they created something, that this is their creation to begin working for that. I know you LIKE the Secret*Society, but I think you will LIVE the Super*Secret*Society because it will be your own creation. When [sSs] will be finished, I know you will feel the responsibility to work for that because it will be YOUR Creation and not only my creation. Right?

Well bros, that was I wanted to tell you, but this is not the end of the chat. I created a Forum Room to debate this situation. Because the [sSs] starts now and the Council works since today. I am giving the Secret*Society the freedom to become a Democracy not a Dictatorship, so it is from now your own team, i mean our own team because im not leaving here. Now, all the decisions will be your decisions, and all the steps will be taken by all of us. I want you to feel the blood of the clan in your veins because i am giving you the power to make it for real, to make it for you, and make it rise to the highest place.

[S*S] rocks...! It is the generic team. All the new players should be from [S*S] first. They should know how to play, they should learn how to be good players, they should improve, they should have some requirements to become elite.

[sSs] will be the Elite, only the chosen ones can be here. Only the pros, only the most powerful members, only the most interested members will be here.

And of course we need the application system. And we need the Clan Rules. But these are things that should be decided by the Council.

Lo primero que quiero decirles es que tenemos que crear un Consejo, a fin de tomar decisiones y hacer las cosas para el clan. No quiero decidir las cosas solo porque somos un equipo, y un equipo debe hacer las cosas para todos los miembros y esas se deben hacer con responsabilidad y por gente que realmente quiere hacerlas. Al mismo tiempo, no podemos pedir a los 75 miembros uno por uno lo que quieren hacer, pero lo que realmente podemos hacer, es tener un grupo para decidir y guiar al equipo a un nuevo nivel.

En segundo lugar, el equipo fue creado inicialmente con la idea de aceptar a todos los jugadores, y llegar a ser amigos y aprender juntos, etc, etc. Esta es una idea que debe mantenerse, pero lo que realmente necesitamos es ser un clan competitivo. Quiero decir, necesitamos un ejército para la guerra de clanes y tener el respeto de los otros equipos. Así que, básicamente, lo que yo propongo es formar una Divison Élite del clan:

Estoy dando a Secret*Society la libertad de convertirse en una democracia no en un dictado, por lo que a partir de ahora es su propio equipo, me refiero a nuestro propio equipo, porque no me voy a salir de aquí. Ahora, todas las decisiones serán sus decisiones, y todas las medidas serán adoptadas por todos nosotros. Okay, so we form the Elite team, the Super*Secret*Society [sSs]. Now we must decide who will be in it.

First off, let me commend [S*S]-boris(EC) for initiating this elite group. I am sure that other members are just as excited about this as I am. For members who are looking to apply to [sSs], remember that you are first a [S*S] member. So keep up with the forums and news on the website. But do not forget to practice and practice often! This new group is going to be for dedicated members who devote their time to the progression of the clan. You all are now capable to make decisions for [S*S], and take that responsibility seriously. These decisions can help or hurt you if you choose to apply to [sSs]. If you are serious about being in a competitive clan with friends who you know will have your back, this is the time to rise. This coming week, starting on Monday, I will be in Beatdown Alley periodically each day looking at members on the rise. This will NOT be the only time, or the application process. Okay, let's start with the first one first. I assume the council will be made up of members from all the language groups, preferably ones who can speak two languages so as to translate between. Who do we know who can do this?

I think this is another topic to deal... the tag.

There is a propose, not to change the clan tag [S*S] to another different, instead of that, put rank characters or rank tags in the name: for example:

[S*S]-boris(EC)Sarg

Something like that... but it should be decided by all... Personally both ideas are cool, and [sSs] looks great...

remember to think about a limitation of members in E*S*S, e.g. 2 teams with a maximum manpower of 8-10 each.

i agree with gunny. until the council and the E*S*S are established, it's boris who has to decide what's the next step for and with the clan.

as far as the languages concern, i can speak german and engish fluent.

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
I think the Council and the Elite Group could be separate. I mean a member of the Council not necessarily should be a good player, but a dedicated and clan interested member, who has a compromise and time to dedicate for the clan, and demonstrates leadership capacity and has great ideas for all the clan. And the multiple language skills is a good idea but not a definitive requirement.

And the Elite group, I mean the army should be formed by pro players, or good players, who are capable to participate in clan wars and not necessarily members in the Council.

ABOUT MY FINAL WORD OF THE DECISIONS:
Well, thanks for the recognize, but the real idea was to create a council to make the decision not only by one person, but for all the members who can have better ideas than me. And this is not MY Clan, this is everybody's clan and it will be great if all of you participate actively for something that is YOURS not only mine.
Of course I will be vigilant about all the process because my "love" to the clan, but I want to share this "love" with all the team. That is the final objective of this, create a real feeling in the members for the Secret*Society. but keeping the real spirit of friendship and freedom for all, no matter sex, language, race, social position, political opinion, religion, etc, etc.

I am not indispensable, I am just useful...

Of all these teams we are the only one that plays Urban Terror. But really we cant take the tag of [sSs] because it belongs to another clan but maybe we cant take this tag: [SsS] (ONLY CHANGE THE CAPITAL LETTERS) and it seems more to the original [S*S], just changing the * for an s.

But another thing is the name, because SupeR SecreT SocieTy is taken by an North American clan that plays Counter Strike. So, I agree with the Elite*Secret*Society but in this order Secret*Elite*Society (but I am not sure about the grammar), wich also seems more to the original clan. About the Tag it could be, changing the * for an e:

[SeS] = Secret*Elite*Society

And also consider the propose about the rank tags, maybe it could be using the actual ranks in our team:

But the psychological problem of that is:

¿HOW WILL FEEL PEOPLE ABOUT BEING "NORMAL" OR "ELITE"?
Personally I think that since Secret*Society is open to all, and works in a friendship way and as a training school, it is almost a Pre-membership. And the final membership is Secret*Elite*Society which will work as a clan with rules and application system.
