Now we have the council, I think it is time for Boris to decide who made it to the Elite Secret Society (ESS).
I think Boris shold be able to make this decision within 3 days?
So by Wednesday the ESS members will be here I hope.

Also please explain to us what the Elites can do that the normal Secret Society members can not, because that is not very clear to me right now.

Hi all,

Elite group are a subdivision of Secret*Society and are formed by the more skilled members. These members have higher rank than other members and more experience, so they are capable to participate in clan wars and champisonships, etc. They also have the responsibility to help other members to become better, helping training, teaching things, giving tips, etc. Elite members also are superiors (in rank) than normal members, so they are like "Big Brothers" to the rest. The Elite group are not close, the number is not limited. Another members could become elite by an Application System. This system will be decided by the Council and the elite members too. I am just making a propose not an official post. Also, as the Council create the Clan Rules and Guidelines, the Elite Members have the responsibility to make these Guidelines controled, Elite Group respect and help to make respect for these rules.

Is this the final Elite group or just an example?

Well, it is more than an example but this is not the final list. This is the persons I think should be elite, but the council should pronunciate.

Proposal:

Make a topic,
council members tell a list of 10 persons that should be in the Elite clan and we will compare them?

But the Elite is not a limited group. The Council should decide the Application System to be an Elite. That is what we must post. I posted the names of people I think will be there.

I think you should make Elite a limited group of people, since it is ELITE and not REGULAR. Elite people are the persons that can do Clan Wars etc. therefore you need a certain amount.

Basically the Elite Group is the strong part of the clan. I mean, [S*S] is open to all like I told you before, like a training school and the skilled part of the clan or the strongest members (I am not telling that normal members are less netiher that strongest means the top 10), the real part is the Elite. It is like all [S*S] are like training to become Elite and any Elite can be representative of the Clan, because the Application System should include for example a minimum 1:1 ratio (it could be putted up in future), a minimum score/min 1 (one frag/min) etc, etc. And those things could be stronger in the future to become better and better. But not creating a limited group because we cant say that 10 people are the best and no one else. I understand perfectly what you tell to limit the number to ten or the concept of Elite you have, but I am explaining you the project in first place. I hope in the future all [S*S] become Elite.

la idea de limitar a diez me parece bien por ahora, pero quiero proponer lo siguiente, cada cierto tiempo se hagan torneos internos para poder ver quienes merecen ser de los miembros elite para que haci el clan s*s no solo tenga diez miembros que sean la base para defendernos rigirnos etc. con esto que les acabo de proponer creo yo que seria mas facil que aumentaramos el numero de elite para no tener que depender en todo con los miembros actuales de la s*s elite y tambien mejorariamos la calidad y desempeño del clan.

the idea to limit me to ten for now, but I propose this, every so often become domestic tournaments to see who should be members of the elite towards the clan to s * s not only has ten members who are the base to defend rigirnos etc. I just suggest to them that I think would be easier to increase the number of elite for not having to depend on all the current members of the s * s elite and also improve the quality and performance of the clan.
