SubK-UT3 TeamSpeak 3 server closed

Due to that our TeamSpeak 3 server was just being used by parasites, we have closed it to the public and now it's private and pasworded. Now our server has Redirect so you can download the server content directly from the server. Now you don't need to pre-install the mods/maps but it still recommended.
