Azmodan, didnt saw any mother, they can be in a TAF (temporary adopcion family) waiting to be adopted by someone or live in the house of a person who voluntair on a animal shelter.

Lots of kittys are found and they need be feeded by hand cause still need milk and the voluntairs share the kittys among them cause is many work. they need milk 3 in 3h...

i thought about the animal shelter, but would they separate kittens that were found together? I mean don't you usually get rid of more than 1 kitten when you have decided to be an ass and abandon them?

But still it's a possible explanation for 4 totally different colored kittens to be in 1 household

Some persons can really assholes.. My daughter was left by a men at the dog shelter inside a cartoon box without holes to breath under 45degres last summer! in the dog animal shelter much less they did for her... was inside a small cage on is own pupi and pipi and only attencion she get from a human was a cold plate of food once per day.
I cant describe the smell she had when i bring her to my house... could not handle wihout vomit!
