Why did I make a site for HBC that no one uses whatsoever?

It was a great idea Six but unfortunately no one uses it. Its hard enough to get our members to visit our homepages. Thank you for the effort. It is noted.

Six, I would have to agree with BA-as much as I would love to use it-when we all are organized fully-then we may need it. Til then keep refining it while we wait-I expect it should not take to long for us to rally together-in no time we will be calling on you for sure and you did a good job on it btw Thank you for your effort-I noticed

Cutting it short When i was with [BFT] still i did a shit load of recuting and it's hard as hell to get active people if you want the website more populated you will have to find some way to advertise the website eg. banners ads sigs etc.

It gets me kinda upset that we are in such a mess. When I made the forum, I thought it would spark activity and make our clan known. I feel that all my efforts were a waste. I have never seen such disorganization in a clan of this magnitude before and it frustrates me that we can't seem to get on our feet.

thats why we are having a spring clean and a counsil meeting because most of this mess was made when we held that competion in the first place dont get me wrong though we got some good members out of it

I would like to know what you mean by saying that our clan is...
"Disorganized" ???

Every clan, including ours has problems and kinks to be worked out. By working together, we can accomplish this task and grow stronger as
a whole. We have a "Council meeting" coming up this weekend (sorry you can't attend) to discuss clan matters.

We will keep you posted as to the results of our discussions. Till then...keep rocking and representing.

I've been gaming for like 9 years now. I have been in many clans in many games. Now HBC lacks some things and I agree all clans have flaws because we ourselves are flawed. Here's a list for you counsel members

1. HBC has no standard of skill it seems. I can show you a screen shot of beating a new recruit(won't mention a name) without a warm up when I first came back to play this game actively. I haven't played actively since CoRe was around(September of 2011).

2. The general counsel should all have admin on the server and correct me if I am wrong but it seems that only you and Elder have it. There have been numerous people being disrespectful toward us many times on our servers and yet they are not banned.

3. As with point 1. and I know you're tired of hearing this bro but we need to have multiple opinions on the matter of acceptance and it should be longer than just an hour yet an application should not be four months long if they do have the skill in joining us. Getting in should not be an easy thing. And people who vote them in should be veterans who are in the counsel. And even so the voters should be a few in number like five.

4. We need trainers for those who are in and yet are inexperienced players. I suggest people who play this game actively and is considered great at the game.

5. We should make an official list of rules that everyone must follow and have it pinned somewhere that every counsel members agrees on. I did one for the forum that I am running. I don't know if you guys agree with it.

6. We should use the forums to make topics on the new forum(which is less of hassle to login and post) about concerns, stuff going on in halo(For example tournaments), and other things that have to do with halo(For example Mod maps).

I guess my 6 point thesis sums up everything that I feel. The only organization that we have is the counsel and it's leaders(Bad and Elder). And oh yeah, we need to get into some tournaments.

1 Well for a start six [HBC] is a clan that has fun in genreal we dont care for ranks or stats

2 there are two levels of counsel and elder and badass have the keys is ecause elder knows rcon better than any of us the rest of us are learning and badass owns the server so its his word in the end

3 you made your suggestion and we listend and we said no HBC is not big enough for that app system yet and you dont get to be in the counsel because of skill its because of responcibalty

4 that is why we all play together i was a bad player and got better because of them being active if there not active its there own fult

5 that has all ready been done

6 that is why we use gametracker and xfire and fyi HBC xfire page has fourms

1. Ranks have nothing to do with this but stats do. I myself value attitude over skill when it comes down to a player being new to the game. I just want my clan to be a dominate force in scrims and I wanted this badly and I was being a baby about it. For this I apologize.
