You happen to have downloaded a game with banned guid. Asfar i can tell now alot of people play fine with downloaded copy and punkbuster.

write this down. [X82E E2XE E1TT TM5H F9F8] now start your game, somewhere in multiplayer options you can change your cd-key. use that one without the [] and you can connect fine.
