I hope this is the right forum for this.

I have been playing on your server for quite a while now and today I got banned.
Got no warnings, no heads up or anything.
The admin who banned me was troublemaker.

Me and my friend Artic Fox have been playing on all kinds of servers and we have found out that your black ops server is one of the funniest and best one.

Not to be like a prick but we have kinda been dominating your server almost every map. I've been playing black ops since the day it came out but that was on Xbox. Two weeks ago I bought on Steam cuz it had a free weekend pass and I found it a lot more fun then on Xbox.

I don't know why I have been banned but I didn't camp or I haven't been cheating.
I have played a lot of FPS games in my days and I have played Counter-Strike on a Pro level. I found this really sad that I got banned because I really like your server.

I hope I can talk to some admin about this and I can even record the way I play just to prove that I'm not cheating if that is the reason I've been banned

I also would like to know about this. I know that people have accused me for using Wallhack, even though I have never cheated in Black Ops. Heck, I've had admins that even stated that they have spectated me and said that it doesn't look like I have WH, on your server. Now, as Mike says, I'm not sure if this is the right place to take this up with, but since I can't find any other way to take contact with Admins I had to turn here.

So, how come I got banned, with no warning or anything? I had 0 kills on the map Summit, was playing it for about 5 minutes, running around looking for people, and I noticed a red dot on the mini-map near me. I saw that he was inside a building (we had spy-plane up), and I noticed that an ally was also running in there, so I tried to get the kill by shooting at the wall. I never hit the guy once, nor did I not notice the second guy that was in there (probably had Ghost perk), so I was already running away, when I noticed that my Ally was still shooting and got a second kill.

If I would have had Wallhack, wouldn't I have killed both then, through the wall? There would've been no reason for me to run away suddenly. Also, if I would've had Wallhack then how come I never hit the guy even once? If I would have Wallhack, how come I had around 10 deaths and 0 kills? If I would cheat I would pre-fire every corner to ensure that I would get kills instead of getting killed. It's no fun to have 15 second spawn-time, then run for 5 seconds to get killed again and have to wait 10 seconds again until next spawn.

As Mike said, I also do like the server, hence why I keep playing there. I have been playing FPS games since way back in the days, about when Counter-Strike 1.3 patch was released, and have since been playing FPS a lot, both on PC and consoles, so I have a great game-sense.

I can also fraps my play if you wanna see how I play, but you should see it as well when specacting me, except you won't see when we have Blackbird or Spy Plane killstreak.

Hopefully we can discuss about this, as I would like to continue to play on this Black Ops server, as well as clear this misunderstanding that we/I would be cheating when we clearly aren't doing so.

although i am server admin i dont have final say. i gotta say in 3 games last night i played with fox i believe tdr owned him?? i know i was top scorer and pinda,missy (as usual) i was shooting him fine and didnt see anything untoward. the final decision as it were comes down to Troublemaker so if he stands by his ban then unfortunately you guys wont come back. there will be discussion today at some point between the 2 owners. they will i imagine chat and ask others as this is a more than fair community. you have both said your part well and i now will run through the games i played with you guys last night and give my opinion (if wanted)

I will do the same as haywire, run trough the cinema shit and look how u guys played, but I think if you guys really didnt love this server, I think then you guys wouldnt have posted here.

80% sure he aint wallhacking. I have scrolled trough his cinema content, and I watched several macthes, where it looked like he was wallhacking, on that moment they had blackbird on...I can't decide for being unbanned, this was just my opinion, I wish u guys good luck

I am one of the admins who banned you guys. Its good to see you came in to visit us here and tell your points of view. Thanks for that. And thanks for the good words about our server.

Speaking with Haywires words, we are a fair community.
For one thing. I dont care about scores, I just care about fun and fairplay in our server, and i think thats my job as an admin. J

After a few days observing you guys, you guys make us suspect you of wall hacking . Not only by me, but also other players have had this feeling. By the way, it's not important what other players say. But what the other feelings from all clan members are.

I hope I’ve see it all wrong. And with your arguments i have to say sorry.

For you guys, I’m gonna discuss this with owner Love and war.
The things that i am gonna say is that you were suspicious of wall hacking and that
i will give you guys a second chance. By the way until this is done you are not allowed in the TDR server. Sorry guys, hope you guys can play soon and that i had it wrong.
