Hey All,

Tnx everybody for good advises which way the clan will go! Hope we killed the problem and now it’s time to set things straight.

-For now the clan will grow till 20 members max.

-Before someone can join TDR, he must play on the server frequently, most members should know him and he need to introduce himself on the forum. After that, the Owners and Rebels decide if he can join.
-Then he gets a trail from a month and his status will be Rookie! He got no rights to kick, warn and ban, till his month is over. After that the Owners and Rebels decide if he can become a Member or not.
-We will keep the clan lively, so members who become inactive for a long period (without informing), risking the chance to be kicked.

-We want some more contrast between Rebels and Members. Rebels have more rights in the server but will also take part in discussion and decisions about the clan future!
They also gonna get a TS Rebel channel to pull back a bit when they need/want to.

So in this following week we gonna set some details right, and i gonna rewrite the 'rules' Hope we can move forward and become a good, stable and open minded clan.

Well that sounds all good, i think the trail is a good option.
Maybe the rookie can just join a reserved slot, so he / SHE is able to play , but indeed no rights.
