When i am on the servers i cant start a vote why?? is it becuse it is a bug or do i have to be a higher rank or something??????

hey this aint a voteing bug but early this morning i was on with ryan (lol he got booted)
and when u go pyro there seems to be a few glitches ywhich are terrible wen u rtd if u

1. wen u go pyro then switch there seems to be a flare gun stuck to u (also if u role invisibility u can still see the flare gun which is annoying)

2. after i played pyro i went spy and i only had 6 shots for my pistol then wen i switched back to pyro my flaregun had no ammo and if u pick up metal at ur spawn thing it doesnt give u full ammo. one person could not even switch to pyro.

the fastest way to fix this is to rejoin but its still a hassle for pyro players

(i dont really play pyro but wen we were playing pyro tennis)

hmmm... ill look into it... thank you for the report... i have been seeing some errors in logs relating to rtd, but was unable to figure out what they pertained to... now i know where to look...
