I would like to know whay the GHT tag is banned, and why I, (GHT Longshot) am banned from your server.

I've never been disrespectful, I've usually played on your server and got it seeded when nobody was on, I think it's a fun place.
I tried to get on about a month ago and it said that the GHT tag was banned. so I dropped it just so I could come in and play. Found out I was banned.
I'm not a hacker, I'm not an asshole, I'm a fun and respectful guy.
Can anyone please explain to me what's happened?

Random note: Could this be from when Ryan banned all of the GHT members a while back?

hey... not sure how u got banned... tell me the last few digits of your steam id and i will unban u... 4 digits is usually enough to uniquely identify u

u should try again... we cleared all the bans not too long back, so u might be clear already.. i just looked at the configs and u clan tag is not banned... please post back with any issues and i will get to them as fast as i can...

ive played with longshot lots and he (s) was a model player never started crap but interacted
also GHT userk was on so ght ppl arent banned from one of our darkest eras "the -ryan is a douche"

Cool. I'll post up my Steam ID tomorrow when I have a chance to get in game and look it up. (I'm not sure how to go about that out of game)
The reason I thought the tag was banned is because when I try to join it gives me a message, "Unauthorized clan tag". I thought that was a bit weird.
That Ryan guy sounds like a jerk. Is he still around after all this?

i looked, i dont see u.. try login, i think u got unbanned when i cleared the ban lists... if u still cannot, we can agree to meet online and i will observe your logon attempt to see wtf is going on...

every once in a while steam bans ascociates a different id to you when banned... it makes no sense, but if i see u try, i will get the id that it has given u and i can unban it as well... that always clears this type of shit up

Alright, so I just now tried to log into your server and this is the exact message I got:

"Disconnect: Kicked be Console: Un-Authorized Clan Tag."

So, I wold love to try logging on when you in the server to see if there is anything you can spot on your end. I'm in Pacific time. Let's set something up.

Hmm, try removing all of your tags. If you still can't log in then it's a glitch and not an actual ban. What probably happened is that you had an unauthorized tag and got kicked by the console so much it auto banned u. that happened when i first joined, before dpk authorized it.

I dropped the tag and it let me right in.

Is there a way to fix that? While I was on, GHT Dark tried to join and it kicked him too. I told he he had to drop the tag for it to work.
