When that new Update came out on the 16th, something happened to the servers' ranks. Im not sure who, But some people's profiles were deleted, and they had to start all over, mine was in the (2).
Is there anyway you can get those back, or are they gone?
Or what happened?

My ranks have been deleted from both servers, and the top 10 of both servers are completely fine.
Hope you can get that fixed although rank doesn't really mean anything. Does it?

Since everything was deleted do you think you could get a new ranking system. Cause in the one you have now, you change your name and it creates a new "profile" and you start over, and thats stinks. Do you think you could maybe get hlxstats on it? Just a suggestion cause some people including myself like to change their name every once in a while.

the gametracker stats reset, but not the ingame stats... they are steam id based... u lost u rank, because valve changed u steam id... take it up with them

DPK, can u look for an updated version of the ranking system. When we have melee-only enebled on the server and I equip the sandman, I get no points for it. Might be just me, but I never get points with the new weapons

also fixed scoring for levels 2 and 3 sentries that was broke by the update...
