lately i have had alot of time on my hands so I have been doing alot of work getting this squad/server together, In the future I will not have as much time.I have noticed that people will only join the server if they see that it is populated, so since i can not always be logged in to the tss server I need 8 dedicated clan members to populate our server, durring these crucial beginning games. anybody up for the job!

Stereo ... I'll throw an idea at you.

IMO - you need a dedicated "start time" on that server to get it populated, initially. For instance lets say we shoot for (7:00pm eastern/4:00pm western) - whatever time you choose, it doesnt matter to an extent. That way everyone knows that you need to be there at that time if at all possible, to get a game rolling. Post it on the web site, run it across the screen in-game, require clan members to attempt to be there etc etc. That would keep guys from setting around wasting time waiting for a game to start. Everyone will know - if you are there at 7:00pm there will be a game.

If I knew that there was a dedicated start time, I would try to be there everyday at that time, initially anyway, as I am sure most of the clan would. Also, when I am asked or talk about the server as I am playing ISI ... I can say hey be there at 7:00pm etc.

An everyday game is what you need, as time goes by, more and more people will start checking the status and coming there to play ... extending play time to hopefully 24/7.
