1.Deadly force may be used only when--
(a) Unattended means of force (Ex., Claymore, C4, Hand Grenades, Missed Fired Weapons, Melee Attacks, etc.) are authorized by U.S.F.U. (b) Fired upon. (c) Clear evidence of hostile intent exists.
