I have another pm into Pixel. He's the one who sent the original to me stating the clan was reactivated. So lets see what happens. KC, just because your still wet-behind-the-ears...doesn't mean you can call me old! LOL I agree with the thought of what you are saying, however I dont think we have too much to stand on. I think 'ol scrubby and us should go after them for libel. For those of us who didn't go to school for law/criminal justice here's the def: 2 a: a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression b (1): a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2): defamation of a person by written or representational means (3): the publication of blasphemous, treasonable, seditious, or obscene writings or pictures (4): the act, tort, or crime of publishing such a libel. Basically since K2 labeled Scubbs as a "hacker" we all get blacklisted and will get constantly taunted and shunned out of games. Thus bringing unjust action against all of us. Something to think about. I believe too that nowhere is it stated that K2 and the staff of Warrock can not be held accountable for libel.
