Lv probably 70+ at least obviously the higher the better. You can be any level just 70+ is recommended.
Umm Gears I want you to at least have the basics can't have you dieing because you forgot to buy armor ^^ If you have devi bring a second garment, there's a spot where devi hurts you more.

This is not for leveling nor gathering money this is for having fun ^^ so make sure you're having fun, be prepared to die a bit. You never know what Juperos may have in store for us.

Well I'm on a lot, you probably never get on when I'm on. Granted sometimes I'm not on Guild chars. I normally try to have one of my chars on in the guild no matter what I'm doing.
