Recruiting process Wooting the Woot for the WooT [WOOT] is always active in recruiting new members for the guild. However, this goes without saying, we don’t simply invite everybody to the guild. Joining People interested in joining [WOOT] should in all cases, no matter if it’s a close friend or old member, fill in the application form found on the website (www.wooting.nl) first. Once this application has been successfully filled in and sent, it will be reviewed by the members of the recruiting board. The recruiting board will filter the applications and pick out the most potential people that meet all the requirements. These applicants will be passed through to one of the ranking officers for an invite.
