If you have the right Level to get to the uppers, the Uppers Chief Mourner is your leader with day to day control. He or she reports to the Clan Council and is also part of the Council. He or she can expel you out if you break the rules or become a pain. If you do not have the level to get to the uppers your leader is the Lowers Chief Mourner. Same rules apply. The Clan Council is made up of the following: Clan Leader: Nasty1 Clan Leader: Deathdealer Clan Leader: Vacancy for the right person. Honorary President: Tireless Uppers Chief Mourner: Vacancy for the right person. Lowers Chief Mourner: Vacancy for the right person. The above members of the Council can remove a member for misconduct and run the clan overall. They will always act fairly and consult with other Council members before reaching a decision. The Upper and Lowers Chiefs will appraise members in their sections. They will then advise the Council and rank will be apportioned according to and in line with those appraisals and not on the basis of the members level or experience. This means that lower level members can achieve clan rank and position despite their level. Members who do achieve promoyion through the clan ranks will be suitable rewarded. Members who work at their level from level 10 upwards and achieve higher levels will be rewarded for their efforts. Members under level 10 will be expected to work together to gain level 10 and should only report to the Lower Chief where they wish to discuss levelling up. Clan Ranks: 1. Clan Leaders - 3 Posts. 2. Honarary President - 1 Post elected by Clan Council. 3. Upper Chief Mourner - 1 Post. 4. Lower Chief Mourner - 1 Post. 5. Undertaker - upper - 4 Posts. Reports to Upper Chief. 6. Undertaker - lower - 4 Posts. Reports to Lower Chief. 7. Gravedigger - Reports to Undertaker. 8. Pall Bearer - Reports to Gravedigger. 9. Mortuary Assistant - Reports to Pall Bearer. This is the structure and every new member starts as a Mortuary Assistant unless decided otherwise by the Clan Council. Clan Council has absoulte authority in respect of this. Any Clan Leader or Chief who makes decisions without consulting the Clan Council will have to account for themselves to the Council and can face demotion. This applies to ALL Clan Leaders and Chiefs with no exception. The Honourary President will act as arbitrator and hold the power to Veto the decision of the Clan Leaders or Chiefs in these circumstances. Do not try to interfere with the impartiality of the Honorary President. All Clan Members must use the Clan Tag and not the tag of another clan added to user name unless implemented by the Clan Council. The following tags should be added to the end of your user name to signify your rank: For Example [ЯЇP] Nasty1 [CL] So: Clan Leader - [CL] Honourary President - [P] Uppers Chief Mourner - [UC] Lowers Chief Mourner - [LC] Undertaker Uppers - [UU] Undertaker Lowers - [UL] Gravedigger - [GD] Pall Bearer - [PB] Mortuary Assistant - [MA] Any members likely to be absent for several weeks should notify the Clan through Clan messages so as to avoid removal from the Clan.
