Hello again.

I was banned for nade glitching. However, I had no idea nade glitching was even against the server rules. If it was I am sorry. Also, I don't recall being warned prior to my ban. If I was, I missed it. Had someone made an effort to get my attention and let me know I would of stopped. Again, like I said, I didn't know it was against the server rules considering I have nade glitched members of your clan, including sandy, and never was told otherwise. I would like the ban lifted because one, I am sorry, and two, I didn't know I was warned or that it was against the rules. Realizing I have been banned once I realize my chances of getting unbanned again are unlikely. But I am just trying to play DOD.. Really doesn't have to be this big of a deal.

To be quite honest. I feel like I am the victim of unfair admin practices for this one. I've been playing DOD since GWB was POTUS and have never been banned on any server since then until now. I have owned a clan with three servers, a competitive team, a team speak, website and managed over 100 members. Back when DOD was in its hay day. I say this not because I think I am some cool guy but because I have been an admin before and have managed players along with dispensing discipline. I can get the sense when someone is banned for a reason other than "breaking the rules" like maybe the player is not the most fun to play with.... I think its absurd I was banned without ever acknowledging a warning. Because if I did see the warning, I would of stopped. Simple as that. Also, had I been an admin that couldn't get the attention of a player I would kick them first to get their attention or slay them a few times or talk in admin text. Like I have stated numerous times.. I am sorry.. and I just want to play DOD drama free. This is getting kind of ridiculous. I am not angry at any one admin, but if someone doesn't like me and just wants me banned just let me know. There is no need to throw the book at me or claim I had been warned twice for something when I never saw, heard or acknowledged the warning. Just extremely silly considering we are all adults.

In your 1st ban appeal, I reversed the ban with no contest. But the story you told then was not completely accurate and I suspect it isn't completely accurate now. You have been playing on our servers since August and yet you have received 3 bans: Arguing with an admin, intentional tking and now nade glitching. That's averaging 1 per month which is unacceptable when compared to players that have played here for years and have never received a ban, kick or even a warning.

Your resume impresses nobody here. But since you provided it, it would seem that someone with your experience would know to follow rules, even unstated ones. For example, if your rules didn't state "No TKing", would you have accepted a free for all? Or if your rules didn't state "No cheating/hacking", would you have accepted the use of walls, speed, etc? Must a rule be written for every single way a player could cause offense?

As you feel you are being harassed by admins here, I would ask why you would want to continue your play on our servers? Perhaps you should find another server to play on or consider starting up and running your own servers again?

My TKing incident, I believe, was because I threw a grenade into a bunch of bots then I shot one on accident. I didn't go into the server with the intent to start mowing bots down for fun.

However, I know how it looks. 3 bans is a lot in such a short amount of time. And considering none of you know me personally I'd probably assume I was intentionally being an asshole too. But I will continue to say that I was not warned by any admin prior to my ban. If I was I didn't see it or hear it. When I had server controls I was able to go back and look at what was said in game. I encourage you to see for yourself if the controls still lend that ability.

To answer your question about why I like to play on your servers. I enjoy avalanche plain and simple. It's a nostalgic map for me. And I like your guys mods as well. And there aren't too many choices now days either. The game is approaching its 20 year anniversary lol
