Hey admins,

Been playing back on Ava recently and have noticed a few times my kills register as *TEAM KILL* even though the player is definitely on the other team or I seem to be getting the pop up for someone elses kill (definitely - got a kill when I was allies marked as "TEAM KILL" with the stick grenade).

This morning I was kicked from the Avalance 24/7 server for "intentional TKing"... even though Friendly Fire is turned off? Any ideas? I don't want to get auto-banned for TKing when it's not even possible.

No way you can be auto-kicked for TKing if FF isn't turned on. I haven't heard anyone else complain about it but will keep my eye on it.

Same thing happened tonight. Was kicked twice. First time for "Intentional TKing" and the second for "Firing a weapon without cause" (The second time I was on the Axis ramp towards their first, there were a lot of them... think that'd be cause enough XD).

Anyway I know Sandoval has rebooted the servers as a few others have noted the same thing... Just don't want to get auto-banned for something I've not even done .

Got console logs if required.

Okay now kicked (moments later) for "Player Harassment"... feel like the shoe is actually on the other foot!

Anyway saintnomore if you can pass this to Sandy and let him know I've got condumps (We spoke about this exact problem the other day in game) that'd be great.

Right, this is ridiculous and I recorded my screen. I've been kicked for "Shooting into axis spawn" (I was in the axis house, something I've seen admins and many other players do without issue) and now I'm banned for 1 week. No warning, just kicked. I'd understand if I had an MG shooting directly into the axis spawn but being in the Axis house???

Clearly this is admin abuse directed towards me as I've seen nobody else kicked/banned for as many different things in a short space of time for everything I've been kicked for (when clearly I'm doing nothing wrong).

Hey sexywoodenspoon - I have monitored your postings and watched your play, and while you call foul on any reaction to your play, I have spect'ed you for at least an hour or two, and you are not as squeaky clean as you profess.

I have joined as a "non-admin named player" and observed your shooting into spawn (which I kicked you with a warning less than an hour prior to that to get your attention) today and on past occasions, and claiming admins do the same does not excuse the behavior, especially when you were warned less than an hour before...

I have noticed your play cleans up a LOT when admins join the server, so please don't claim purity when I have observed otherwise. We can see if Sandy steps into this or not, but as far as I am concerned, this CLOSED - I won't entertain a three-day slow-motion back-and-forth on any appeal, so please don't expect a response.

I don't need your video or logs, just take the week and think about it... play the same whether admins are on or not, and you will likely be fine...

No sorry KitKat, that is completely false and I won't stand by while you lie.

My play doesn't "Clean up a lot" as you claim. I'm just as bad whether an admin is online or not. I'm uploading the video as proof of this as, if you were correct and I was a bad player when admins weren't online, this would show.

Can you explain why you kicked me for the following previously then? Assuming it was you and you were observing me:

- Intentional TKing (Impossible on Ava 24/7)
- Firing weapon without cause
- Player Harassment
- Shooting into Axis spawn (You've clarified this one above, but you're not explaining the whole picture, video will show)

I think it's important for the other admins to see the footage as an impartial so I'm uploading it as we speak. You claim that you warned me, but (as per my original post) all that happened was I was kicked - something I'd assumed was a bug. There was no admin text, text chat warning, or other.

You've said my play seems to clean up a lot, do you have evidence? What exactly are you referring to? I'm curious to know what I'm doing wrong that's leading to me being kicked/banned repeatedly.

I'd like another admin, or two, who is a neutral party (Sandy would be great as we kicked off the chat about the bug) to look into this as, to me, this is clearly player harassment.

All I want to do is kill a few hours playing an old game. I don't want any trouble and up until recently have never had such.

Can an admin please clarify what exactly I did wrong here please? What part of the Axis house is off limits?

You did shoot into the spawn three times I believe. No reason to be shooting past the ledges. Unless it's a mg or corner camping rifleman on that ramp looking back down towards the church. If they want to shoot out of the spawn, shoot them back!

I personally would have put out a server warning about shooting into the axis spawn and spawn camping before I kicked or banned you.

You're absolutely right - I did shoot past the ledge, something I didn't realise was against the rules which I’ll note moving forward . Didn't realise though that hanging out in the Axis house was spawn camping so I'll bear that in mind for the future - thanks for clarifying.

While it's annoying being banned for that without any warning, I can see KitKat's point of view... just not with the constant kicks for other random reasons without warning.
