Yes, Krazee Greek is correct in that regrettably - like quite a few current players - I have a couple of 457 DOD bans in my past. I have however been extremely careful to avoid any play that may lead to further bans and I am not currently under a ban which of course I am very pleased about.

Additionally I have donated twice and cannot recall either of those donations being done while under a ban. I donate because I appreciate what 457 DOD offers me and I'd like it to remain available. I certainly would never donate and ask for a ban to be lifted on that basis. As much as I have seen Krazee Greek standing by certain principles in the forums I have a fairly decent set of ethics too.

You may have see a query of mine on this forum re a ban for laming on my son who accesses from the same IP as I do. I explicitly state in that query that I am not trying to get the laming ban lifted I just wanted to know what laming was.

Additionally I queried recently a post on this forum by Andy30021 on Dec 21 where he said he had donated $20 and would that lead to his ban being lifted? I basically commented that I thought that if it were possible (to do so) that would most likely contradict the high standards we have come to expect in-game. Krazee Greek replied to my post. Possibly Krazee Greek is confusing my comment with Andy's original post?

I think that the two examples above show that I have not tried to manipulate the system or bypass 457's processes. Additionally hopefully you may recognise my playing names and recall me as a constructive and respectful player on the 457 servers.

I would be very pleased to be considered as a 457 Steam member.
