To any admin that sees this,

Greetings. Though I've never played on your server before, the name of your clan server has popped up in an ongoing discussion about admin procedures in-game and I was hoping an admin could help clarify a few things for me based on the following hypothetical situation.

Let's say a player A in game decides to TK another player B on purpose. There are no admin around to witness it. To add insult to injury, offender starts to use racial slurs on player B. B gets mad, retaliates by shooting him back. This continues until an admin enters the server. Admin warns both players to cease immediately. Player B says player A started it. Claims he has a demo to prove it and can send it to the admin now. They're still teamkilling each other as this conversation is happening. Would the admin in that position take the time to alt tab out, download the demo, watch it, and make a decision or would he just issue a temp kick to both players on the spot for violating server rules. Bear in mind, this is not a permaban we're talking about.
