My in game name is RayD_O1

I was playing on the 24/7 Karkand server which I play most days. At around 4.05pm (UK)today (Sunday) I was on defending team and the round had literally just started, I ran upstairs into a building on street behind "A" Hotel Flag when I was kicked from game.!! The banned reason just said Hill, I don't understand what that is about as I was nowhere near any hill. Has there been some sort of bug / error that caused this to happen. (I play as medic and do not snipe).
I would appreciate if you could unban me please as I enjoy playing the server regularly.
