XII (The Twelfth) is a multigame clan who's roots extend back many years. XII was formally founded in January of 2007. The clan was originally planned as a RTCW clan but has since started to branch out into other games. As mentioned some of our individual roots extend back much further then the founding of the formal clan. Some of our players have been playing side by side since as early as 2001. (which at date of writing this makes about 7 years together). As well, at the time of founding XII there were really no players involved that had not been aquatinted with each other for less then a year or two. Which drastically helped in the formation of the clan as each person was very excited about the new direction the group was taking.

st loyal groups of players ever. As time went on, many other players were added to the clan, each one evaluated by the other members to ensure they would fit in immediately on entering formally. This ensures that we always grow with the times but that our member base is always compatible with the current members.
The recruitment goal of XII was to bring in players who had family, jobs and other outside goals. Mature players who's ability in game was matched by ability outside of that context. Players who know what commitment is and who know how to pitch in when it is called for without being asked. And so, with this goal in mind, XII started to obtain players of exemplary talent and diverse origins. XII has managed to put together a group which is not just about a game, but about family.
Most of our members have excelled in their other commitments and have ended up bringing these talents into our game settings as well. We have within our clan many highly educated and experienced individuals. Our members include such people who's professions extend into areas such as; Architects, Business Owners, College Students, Doctors, Fathers and Mothers, IT security, Chef's, and School Teachers. As well as many other experts in their own individual fields. XII's members are made up from many different nationalities, languages and backgrounds. But, I digress, as this was just to name a few examples of the wide range of ability found here.
So given the type of people we have surrounded ourselves with in XII, it is easy to see how we pride ourselves on our excellence not only at what we consider this clan but at our lives in general. XII’s players understand that their goal here is to promote good conduct, a professional atmosphere and to help each other out when a situation calls for one of our particular abilities...
You may ask, Why would the preceding be important? Well, in doing this, XII has become not just a clan, or a guild, but something much more. A home. With family that cares about each other who's talents are not wasted among their brethren but put to use, and admired. For this reason, you may want to think about your commitment to us if you feel you might want to join, It is not to be taken lightly and the requirements are very high.
But if you feel you would fit in, that you can bring something to the table to help your future brothers and sisters, then by all means. Drop by the forums, get a aquatinted with the members and browse around a bit. I personally recommend our debate section where you can find long running topics such as; Transubstantiation, or consubstantiation, Mayan Prophecy, and US politics. (some topics are closely monitored, please remain civil.) So after you check out the forums, head on over and grab the server info and join us for a few games. After getting to know us a bit it might not hurt to ask for our Ventrilo info so you can get to know the members even better.
