There does appear to be an issue with the banner displays on a number of servers across a number of game types.
There are also many servers not affected. The developers will have to look at this issue. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Same, My teamspeak server is showing 0/0 but there are 40+ people online

The issue appears to have been temporary.
