Seeing the same thing as well.
Not seeing any errors in the TS3 logs and Gametracker is connecting to the TS server fine. I'm guessing it is an issue on the Gametracker side. |

Moved: Appears to be a Gametracker issue.
Confirmed that a substantial number of TS3 servers are displaying the same symptoms. Admins to be informed. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Not Scanning Channels Lists, Started about 5 Days ago..And yes I have all the Updated IP's in the Whitelist and Have checked my Firewall the packets are getting thru, Alot Of Others are having Issues. This is not resolved.

I updated the IP whitelist and still seeing same "SCAN ERRORS - Server Down" yet it says it online and is counting the number of people on TS

I have the same problem: "SCAN ERRORS -> Server Down". However, all stats are displayed correctly - GameTracker is regularly connecting to the server. Of course all permissions are set correctly. I use the gametracker for 2 years and for the first time such a problem happened. What can I do?
