Ventrilo Font Colour In Custom Banner

If you choose certain shades of blue on the 160 pixel-wide server banner for the font colour, it also changes the background colour, even if set differently or left at default (000000). Doesn't happen with other server banners, strange one!

The 160 banner customization works fine for me. Which browser and version are you using?

FF5, since you mentioned that though I tried IE9 and it's the same.

Funny as it is though, if you paste the image source directly into browser, it looks just fine.

Puzzling, try it for yourself: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.238.144.8:9920/b/ and I chose font colour as 099FC5 and here is the HTML:

(*<a href="http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.238.144.8:9920/" target="_blank"><img src="http://cache.www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.238.144.8:9920/b_160_400_0_099FC5_099FC5_099FC5_000000_0_1_0.png" border="0" width="160" height="275" alt="" /></a>*)

I tried that color with the background as something other than black and could not get your result. However, I added a space at the end of 099FC5 to be "099FC5 " (and before) and the font color reverted to 000000 - but not the background.

I want black as the background though

Screenshot: http://6sgc.co.uk/gt.jpg

Using this HTML: (*<a href="http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.238.144.8:9920/" target="_blank"><img src="http://cache.www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.238.144.8:9920/b_160_400_0_099FC5_099FC5_099FC5_000000_0_1_0.png" border="0" width="160" height="275" alt="" /></a>*)

From this page: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/89.238.144.8:9920/b/

Even choosing a lighter shade of blue as the font colour reverts the background (remember, it's still set at 000000) back to default black but I cannot get rid of this navy blue background using that HTML.

Edit: Here's another screeny of the actual event taking place! http://6sgc.co.uk/gt2.jpg

No. Just be patience, especially since it's the weekend.

Oh I can be patient, it's just that you were responding in about 10 minutes yesterday and I had heard nothing for ca. 15 hours and you left it pretty much as if the problem was just my end as it were hence my presumed impatience

The admins who develop the site work regular business hours.

Saturday isn't regular now, is it? Look, I didn't come here to argue, I reported a bone fide bug and asked a pertinent question. I'm a GS customer and it either gets fixed or it doesn't, your call.
