Server not being tracked

My server, ARMA2 united operations primary server, currently and often has 30-50 players and has not been tracked for nearly a week now. It was said in the other epic thread here that all server issues were resolved:

http://www.gametracker.com/forums/forum.php?site=1&thread=60461#cfrmpsts

Not so. There is currently 50 players on the server and its showing up as 0, although it did work for a few hours last night. Our server:

This is killing our server rank (we were #1 a week ago) and its also keeping our players in the blind, please help.

When does your server have players? It does not appear to have any online at the current time.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Still no change with server scanning, been running server for an hour and no scanning til i pushed claim server and updated scanning options. I've tried readding server (lost all stats) but this didn't helped at all. Could someone look int this matter. Servers ip and page:

It's now up and running, show alive but only after reclaiming it.

Yes...that is the point of this thread. We normally have 30-60 during "prime time" - right now we have 70 on. Server shows the correct mission but 0 players.

We recently added the protocol for arma2. Its possible there is an error parsing the scanned data for your server. Will look into this issue as soon as possible, probably early next week.

We have had 50-70 players for the past 3 days (yes, almost 24/7 consistent at AT LEAST 30)

No update, the entire time. Its broken.

As stated, this is a verified bug. It will be fixed as soon as possible, but is not a high priority issue at the moment.

We could lower our priority paying for our 300$/month server.

GameTracker has not yet added ArmA2:OA to the free tracking provided; thus it is not displayed on our games page and never has been. It is possible there will be scanning issues. As soon as the recent hardware other high priority issues are fully resolved, I am sure death will check into it.

In the meantime, please check the issues with your server and undo the changes you made that you did around the day it stopped scanning correctly. Your server reports varied amounts of players (currently 11/15, which is different than your claim) and no player scores have showed in the response in the past 15 minutes. While it may not be completely the problem, it could be related.
