Visit the server page and click the link by the map image to claim the server. There is instructions on the following page. Once you do so, those options will also become enabled.

The best thing to do as far as I am aware is take ownership of the server, then you can delete it yourself.

After, you can block (firewall) the gametracker query ports from being able to see it.
