i have a zombiemod server that is currently offline and i am trying to change the startup map and i have no idea how to claim a server please help

It's primary requirement to claim your server is, your server should be online. After that go to your server page and click on the "None- claim Now!"

And then click on the "CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF THE SERVER"

Once you clicked on the "CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF THE SERVER", you must follow the steps given by the GameTracker. You will need to change the Name of your server to the "GameTrackerClaimServer".
After that again click on the ""CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF THE SERVER" !

Typically done in the server configuration file.

You can rename your server from file named server.cfg in cstrike folder.

You search line:

Hostname "your current name" and replace with name you want.
You can change from server console with command: amx_rcon hostname "ServerName"

i have done everything but it still says the server may offline or the firewall is blocking it but no the server online and i have turned off the router and computer firewall off

It is difficult to provide any assistance without knowing your server IP and Port and game type.
