Players are seen as bots, but in the player list they are not bots

I've renamed your thread to something a bit more descriptive.

This may be due to players not reporting themselves as bots originally, but the server reporting them as bots later and GT not updating the player name with a bot marker. Or perhaps the bot matches a real player in the history and doesn't get marked as a bot in the list.

Regardless, I'll leave this in the bug reports forum until a developer can determine why your server reports bots but there are not always the bot tags next to the names.

Please also note that we take forum spam seriously. We are unable to prevent your server from reporting its own players as bots.

You'll need to stop your server from reporting those players as bots. GameTracker will not disable bot detection due to an issue on your end.

GameTracker will look into the issue with the bot tag not always appear next to the players who are reported by the server as bots. That's the issue for GT. This is a low priority bug since it's just a display error, and it is properly recognizing them as bots.

Have you asked their admin to get their server to stop reporting players back to GT as bots? Again, GT cannot fix issues on your end as much as you want GT to.

You can consider this the third time I have confirmed your server is reporting players as bots occasionally.

We are unable to fix this issue from our side. We tried everything but we didn't get the result. So, what can we do in this case ? Because If someone reports our server as a fake server then it might get banned from gt.

As you are well aware, detected bots do not count to rank.

I am not aware on how to fix it but would suspect it is a bad mod or something. Good luck
